Employees of Kyrgyztelecom JSC developed specifications of the pilot project for the cities of and Bishkek. The head of the company Nurlan Madaminov said this at a board meeting of the State Property Management Fund, adding that at present the document is under consideration by the government.
The company has all necessary means for its launch. In particular, there is an extensive telecommunications network throughout the country, a developed infrastructure, a server part, and necessary specialists.

In his words, in addition, Kyrgyztelecom concluded a memorandum with software companies in the first half of 2017 on the implementation of the pilot project on a gratuitous basis.
«Companies, in order to demonstrate their software capabilities, are ready to provide free software and hardware complex for video surveillance and video cameras, not only for violations recording, but also for solving the tasks of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and municipal services,» the head of the board said.
