Stalbek Rakhmanov was appointed the head of the Bishkek Main Department of Internal Affairs. Press service of the department reported.
He replaced Samat Kurmankulov.
Stalbek Rakhmanov previously served as deputy head of the capital’s department.
He graduated from the philological faculty of the , in 2004 — the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after major general E.Aliyev. He has been serving in the Ministry of Internal Affairs since 1994.
