One of the supporters of Omurbek Tekebayev, Temir Emilov, who went on a hunger strike protesting against denial of access to state language exam for Tekebayev, was taken to the Republican hospital today. Headquarters of Ata Meken party reported.

According to it, Temir Emilov felt bad and needed a medical examination. He is one of those who head the hunger strike.

Temir Emilov is a former deputy head of Leninsky district of Bishkek and one of the oldest members of Ata Meken. Earlier, he testified in court in the case of Omurbek Tekebayev and Duishenkul Chotonov, where he stated that he attended the meeting of defendants with Russian businessmen Leonid Maevsky and Aleksey Modin, but in August 2010. Then, it was not about sale of MegaCom’s assets for $ 1 million, but about making Maevsky promote Tekebayev’s acquaintance with Russian politicians and the State Duma deputies.
