Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan negotiate over borders for 9 days

The next negotiations between the delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan on the delimitation of the state border were completed in Bishkek. They lasted nine days, the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Uzbekistan reported.

According to it, the sides continued their joint work on the description of some sections of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border. It is about the areas where the positions coincide. Head of the delegation of Uzbekistan Ilhom Nematov met with the Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Zhenish Razakov on this issue.

The length of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border is 1,379 kilometers, 1,055 kilometers of which have been demarcated.
