Ton village in region hosted an Ethnic Festival «Teskey Jeek». Tourist destination «South " reported.
According to it, the program included performance of traditional hunting salbuurun, equestrian games, master classes, national games and flash mob. Guests and participants of the festival took part in setting up a yurt and got acquainted with the traditions and way of life of the nomads.
The festival was attended by 350 tourists from 34 countries. Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Zhamankulov noted that in the future the southern will become the center of ethnic tourism, where different ethnic festivals will be held all summer long.
