In the morning, around 6.00 am, employees of the Leninsky district police department burst into Ak-Keme hotel. The president of the hotel complex Ruslan Sarymsakov informed 24.kg news agency.

According to him, without showing any documents and referring to the verbal order of their leadership, the policemen cordoned off the territory of the hotel and forcefully took employees out of it.

Ruslan Sarymsakov noted that at the moment there are guests in the hotel — foreign nationals, who are frightened by what is happening. According to the employees of the hotel, during the seizure the policemen broke the entrance door by a crowbar.

«Despite the fact that the trials are going on, we are told about some government order signed by the Prime Minister about the transfer of the hotel to the State Property Management Fund," Ruslan Sarymsakov said.

Earlier, the staff of the capital Ak-Keme hotel issued an appeal accusing the State Property Management Fund of trying to seize the hotel. At the same time, officials didn’t pay attention to the legal proceedings on this issue.

Then the director of the state enterprise «Mulk» under the State Property Management Fund, Orozbek Nusuvaliev, denied charges against the hotel employees. According to him, the representatives of the fund visited the hotel in order to get acquainted with its activities within the law.

«Any raider capture is out of question. Despite the fact that the hotel is built at the expense of the state, it doesn’t bring any income. We went there to discuss this issue, but the hotel management wasn’t there," the official said at the time. He stressed that the issue should be resolved within the law.

The transport coming for the guests staying in the hotel is not allowed to pass to the hotel.

The press service of the Bishkek police department told 24.kg news agency that the police came to the hotel to ensure public order.
