The Supreme Court upheld the travel ban for ex-deputy of the Kyrgyz Parliament Cholpon Dzhakupova and journalists Dina Maslova and Naryn Aiyp.
Earlier, such a decision was made by Oktyabrsky District Court in the framework of another lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office to protect the honor and dignity of the President.
On May 18, the Bishkek City Court upheld the decision of the first instance court. The Supreme Court left this decision unchanged today.
Thus, Cholpon Dzhakupova, Dina Maslova and Naryn Aiyp can not leave
