Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Russia and Finland Bolot Otunbayev is appointed part-time Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the Information Policy Department of the President’s Office reported.
