Bakyt Jusupov appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary

The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Austria, the Resident Representative to OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna Bakyt Jusupov was appointed in addition to other his duties a diplomatic representative of the republic in Hungary. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.

President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree.

Earlier, Ermek Ibraimov- brother of former chairwoman of the Accounts Chamber Elmira Ibraimova- who was dismissed by Almazbek Atambaev in December 2016, was the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.

In 2002, Bakyt Jusupov graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn.

On March 5, 2014, he was appointed the Deputy Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration.

He has the diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He was appointed the Ambassador to Austria in February 2017.
