Accounts Chamber of Kyrgyzstan reveales violations for 16.7 billion soms in 2016

In 2016, the Kyrgyz Chamber of Accounts inspected 3,051 objects and identified violations for 16.7 billion soms. Such data was announced today at the session of the Parliament by the head of the department Ulugbek Maripov.

According to him, 4.1 billion soms are subject to reimbursement. The budget has already get 3.2 billion soms or 78 percent of the amount. In 2015, violations at 13.6 billion soms were found. Compensation was subject to 2 billion soms, returned — 1.5 billion or 75 percent.

«Like in previous years, typical violations, which exist in almost every state body, are violations in the wage system, in public procurement, development of capital investment. The systemic nature of these violations suggests insufficient control by the heads of state bodies, and often deliberate non-compliance with the law," Ulugbek Maripov said.
