People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulaiym Kanimetova got the main prize for the best female role at the International Festival of Chamber and Solo Performances LUDI. The results were announced yesterday.
Gulaiym Kanimetova played the part of Tolgonai in the play «Esimde» («I remember») based on Chingiz Aitmatov’s story «Mother Earth.»
The International Theater Festival of Chamber and Solo Performances LUDI is held in the city of since 2010. , , and the were represented for the first time at the festival in 2017. Director of the festival is the Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Mikhailov.
