New head of Panfilov district was appointed, Information Support Department of the Government of the KR reported.
According to it, Damir Kulubayev was appointed the head of the Panfilov district administration.
Another decree of Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov dismissed Omur Nogoev from this post according to the submitted letter.
The son of the former mayor of Bishkek Arstanbek Nogoev was appointed to the post in December 2013.
