140 tons of products from Kyrgyzstan not allowed to enter Novosibirsk region

Over 140 tons of products from Kyrgyzstan were not allowed to enter Novosibirsk region of Russia over the weekend. Press service of Rosselkhoznadzor department for the region reported.

According to it, 18.5 tons of cherries, 66.5 tons of apricots, 23.8 tons of carrots, 20 tons of onions, 14 tons of potatoes and 1.5 tons of beets were exported for sale in the cities of Siberia.

Quarantine phytosanitary control found out that products of high phytosanitary risk were exported without labeling on packages containing information on the name of the product, country of origin, exporter and / or re-exporter.

The goods have been returned to the senders.
