Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan discuss topical issues of cooperation

Head of the Presidential Administration Sapar Isakov and Chief Adviser to the Head of Afghanistan Mohammad Humayun Qayoumi discussed topical issues of cooperation between the two countries. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, Sapar Isakov expressed deep condolences on behalf of the Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev in connection with the victims as a result of the terrorist attack.

The parties discussed topical issues of development of cooperation between the two countries, including the Digital CASA project. In particular, they touched upon the issue of the possibility of storage of information by Afghanistan in the data processing centers, which will be built in Kyrgyzstan.

The head of the Presidential Administration also conveyed from Almazbek Atambayev an invitation to the President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai to take part in the snow leopard conservation forum, which will be held in August.

The delegation of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan participated in the last international conference on the digital transformation program «Taza Koom».
