Over 13 million soms transferred for victims of earthquake

More than 13,600 million soms transferred to the special account of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the residents of the Chon-Alai district affected by the earthquake, the deputy minister of emergency Kalys Akhmatov said at a press conference.

According to him, for the affected rural residents delivered 900 tons of cement and 30 tons of humanitarian aid, as well as other construction materials.

»540 kg of macaroni, 600 kg of sugar and 800 kg of vegetable oil were delivered from the Emergency Ministry’s warehouse," the deputy head of the department added.
