Chelyabinsk regional court of Russia sentenced the sister of «thief-in-law» Aziz Batukayev Yakha and her accomplice Kabylzhan Abdurahmanov to 17 years of the colony for trying to sell about 28 kg of heroin in Yuzhnouralsk city. TASS reported with reference to the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office.
As noted, convicted citizens of Kyrgyzstan are also sentenced to a fine of 500,000 rubles each. Abdurakhmanov will serve his sentence in a colony with a strict regime, Batukayeva — in a correctional colony of the general regime.
As established in court, Kabylzhan Abdurakhmanov bought a consignment of heroin weighing about 28 kg in Yuzhnouralsk in January 2016. Then, along with Yakha Batukayeva rented an apartment, where he kept drugs.
Yakha Batukayeva in January of the same year found a buyer of about 5 kg of heroin. Later, the remaining heroin from the drug dealers was confiscated by the FSB officers in the Chelyabinsk region.
