The Ministry of Education and Science intends to send a delegation to Georgia, the press service of the ministry reported to 24.kg news agency.
Recall, during the official visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan to Georgia in October 2016, an agreement on bilateral cooperation in the field of education was signed.
Elvira Sarieva, the acting Minister of Education and Science that time, told 24.kg news agency that immediately after the visit of the official delegation, the rector’s staff from Kyrgyzstan then the student group will be sent to Georgia. However, the trip hasn’t taken place yet.
«The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic sent a letter to Georgia to study the issue of arranging a visit of the delegation of rectors and directors of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of Kyrgyzstan to Georgia for the exchange of experience. Today the issue is under consideration by the Georgian side," the department noted.
