The leader of the Ata Meken party Omurbek Tekebayev continues to insist on the seizure of property of the head of the presidential press service Almazbek Usenov and the head of the State National Security Committee Abdil Segizbayev. The lawyer of the arrested deputy Taalaigul Toktakunova informed 24.kg news agency.
According to her, earlier the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek refused to arrest the property. Lawyers representing the interests of Tekebayev and two Ata Meken deputies — Almambet Shykmamatov and Aida Salyanova — appealed to the Bishkek Сity Сourt. Decision shall be made today.
Ata Meken insists on the arrest, since Omurbek Tekebayev filed a lawsuit against Almazbek Usenov and Abdil Segizbayev in the amount of 65 million soms for defamation and dissemination of unreliable information about his involvement in Belizegate.
