Deputies of the Parliament failed to muster quorum for voting.
In the morning, the deputies decided to vote on the bills after consideration of the agenda, without waiting for 3.00 pm, as stipulated by the regulations.
But now only 53 deputies have been registered. The voting procedure was left for tomorrow.
