Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov urged officials to respond timely and meaningfully to citizens' questions. Press service of the government reported.
According to their information, the head of the Cabinet today, when considering the state of performance discipline in state bodies, noted the inadequate work with citizens' appeals.
«State bodies often respond to requests of citizens with formal replies, or an appeal roams from the department to the office without an answer. For example, a resident of Bishkek received a reply to his letter sent to the State Property Management Fund after 73 days. It should not be so," the press service quotes the head of government as saying.
