Majority coalition in Karakol town council collapsed. 24.kg news agency was informed by Karakol town council.
According to it, today the deputies convoke an extraordinary session at the initiative of the SDPK faction.
The Social Democrats withdrew from the alliance with «Tabylga» party and intend to form a coalition with the parties «Onuguu-Progress» and «Kyrgyzstan.»
The Social Democrats explained that the reason for the withdrawal from the majority coalition was the principal fundamental discrepancies with the colleagues from «Tabylga» on the development of infrastructure in the regional center.
Karakol town council has 31 mandates, which are distributed between five parties.
The first goes «Tabylga» (28.5 percent) under the leadership of local activist Asylbek Babayev. It was transformed into the party from a youth movement. Its representatives before the parliamentary elections in 2015 concluded an agreement «On Principles and Unification» with the party of Omurbek Babanov «Respublika — Ata Jurt.»
The Social Democrats took the second place (14 percent). «" received 10.2 percent. The party «Respublika — Ata Jurt» has 9 percent, and «Onuguu-Progress» — 8.3 percent.
