ICAO stakes on Kyrgyzstan

Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov discussed the development and introduction of international civil aviation standards with the President of ICAO Council (International Civil Aviation Organization). The Information Support Department of the Government’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

It is noted that at present, a roadmap for improvement of the civil aviation system of Kyrgyzstan has been developed by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Prime Minister noted that in order to ensure flight safety throughout the industry, active work is being carried out to introduce international standards and ICAO recommendations in all subjects of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The President of ICAO Council Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu noted that the organization includes 191 states, and Kyrgyzstan is one of its most important members.
