Emergency first aid teams on duty on way to Issyk-Kul

At least 13 emergency first aid teams were formed and are on duty on the way to Issyk-Kul in Boom Gorge (Kemin district). The coordinator of public health services for Chui region Baktygul Mamytova informed 24.kg news agency.

«Four brigades are on duty at Boom road station, this is a round-the-clock shift post. The same number of teams is in Kemin town. In addition, four teams are on duty in the village of Boroldoy and one brigade — in a small Shabdan village," she said.

«This is emergency first aid, which is rendered on Bishkek — Balykchi road. Brigades are staffed by doctors and paramedics, all the personnel are local residents. But these are not reanimation ambulance cars. The Chui regional hospital has one ambulance car," Baktygul Mamytova said.

The summer tourist season on Issyk-Kul was opened on May 6.

Earlier, Almazbek Atambayev instructed to provide a good and safe rest for tourists.
