Heads of EEU hold meeting in narrow format

The heads of the Eurasian Economic Union hold a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in a narrow format.

During the meeting, the Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin, Kyrgyzstan- Almazbek Atambayev, Armenia - Serzh Sargsyan and Kazakhstan - Nursultan Nazarbayev are to discuss the current problems and prospects of the union. The head of Kazakhstan arrived in Bishkek this morning with a little delay.

After a meeting in narrow format, the heads of states will invite the Moldovan President Igor Dodon to an extended meeting. The country applied for an observer status in the EEU. This is the first such experience for an integration unit.
