A mobile application for online appeals was launched in city. USAID press service reported.

Having downloaded the application, residents will be able to send messages directly to the mayor’s office or 25 city services that will greatly simplify communication between citizens and officials. In addition, the application allows to upload photos, track other messages and read the news of the mayor’s office," the report said.
OshCity application is available in AppStore and Google Play Market in Russian and Kyrgyz.
During the presentation, the mayor of the city of noted that the mayor’s office was open to innovations in work with residents and in solving their problems.
»www.map.oshcity.kg platform had shown its effectiveness for a year of work. All problems of the city and the answers of the mayor’s office, municipal services are visible. It is very convenient for us to keep track of problems that most of all worry the citizens, and react to them promptly," he said.
