Nazym Mendebairov was appointed a new director of the Kyrgyz Drama Theater named after T. Abdymomunov. The Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the order to appoint a new director of the theater was published on April 6, 2017. New head will be presented to the theater staff on April 11.
Recall, the former head of the theater Temirlan Smanbekov on March 31 wrote a statement of resignation at his own request. As he claims, he wrote a statement at the request «from above.»
Nazym Mendebairov is an actor of theater and cinema, a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Kyrgyzstan.
