Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan to discuss issues of cross-border cooperation

Regular meetings of working groups of governmental delegations of two countries on delimitation and demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border will be held in the city of Namangan (Uzbekistan) on April 10–20. The Information Support Department of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, since the beginning of August 2016, ten such meetings have been held.

The total length of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border is 1,378 kilometers, 320 kilometers of which have not been demarcated yet.
