Suspicious object found in Karakol school

A suspicious object was found in one of the schools in Karakol town. Public Relations and Mass Media Department of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to it, today at .m. the town police department received a call about an improvised explosive device in school-gymnasium number 11. Officers of the State National Security Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs urgently left for the scene, the territory of the educational institution was cordoned off.

During examination, the sappers discovered a black bag with a suspicious object.

At the present time, technical expertise and operational investigative measures are being conducted to identify the persons involved in this fact, the report says.
