318 violations of customs legislation detected since beginning of 2017

318 violations of customs legislation were detected in Kyrgyzstan since beginning of the year, the State Customs Service reported.

It is noted that 270 administrative cases were opened on the revealed violations. The materials on 51 facts were transferred to the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes for further consideration.

The law enforcement units of the customs authorities imposed fines at 1,246.3 million soms on the initiated administrative cases, 17, 679.4 million soms of customs payments were paid.

According to previously initiated criminal cases, the state budget reimbursed 1,335.2 million soms.

In total, the amount of additional revenues to the state budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the first quarter of 2017 amounted to 20, 260.9 million soms.
