Judoist from Kyrgyzstan wins silver at Grand Prix in Turkey

The judoist from Kyrgyzstan won the silver at the international Grand Prix tournament, which started in Antalya (Turkey) on April 7, ippon.org reported.

According to it, 252 athletes from 34 countries participate in the competition, including 11 Kyrgyzstanis. The first day on the mat came out four of them. Among the women in the weight category up to 57 kg Ksenia Beldyagina defeated Nazlik Ozerler (Turkey), then she lost to Nora Gzhakova (Kosovo). In the consolation round Beldyagina won Aigul Kutsenko (Russia), and in the fight for bronze she didn’t cope with Bekky Livesay (Great Britain). The result is the fifth place.

Among men in weight up to 60 kg Sagynbai uulu Bayaman lost two fights from two and became the seventh. In the category of up to 66 kg performed two Kyrgyzstanis: Arthur Te was eliminated in the second round, and Bektur Rysmambetov reached the final. He defeated Ertuğrul Donmeza (Turkey), Tumurhualeg Davaadorzh (Mongolia), Azamat Mukanov (Kazakhstan), and lost the decisive battle to Abdul Abdulzhalilov (RF). In the final protocol, Rysmambetov became the second.
