An Uzbek border guard with a machine gun entered undemarcated section of the border with Kyrgyzstan and shot a video. The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, the incident occurred on March 27. The border guard of the neighboring Uzbekistan stayed at a road section with a length of 250 meters, where the conditional line of the state border passes. The site is undemarcated.

By agreement of the parties, citizens of both countries have the right to move along this road. However, border patrols should patrol the state border on their own territory, bypassing residential buildings.

On March 27, immediately after receiving information about an Uzbek serviceman at the site, a meeting of border officials of the two countries was held at the initiative of the Kyrgyz side. The parties agreed that neither Kyrgyz nor Uzbek border guards should continue patrol of this section of the border.

At present, the situation on the site is stable. Explanatory work was carried out among the local residents, who were informed about the rules of conduct on the undemarcated site.
