Russian Investigative Committee says native of KR guilty of terrorist attack

A terrorist attack in the metro of St. Petersburg was committed by Akbarzhon Dzhalilov, born in 1995, a citizen of Russia, a native of Kyrgyzstan. This was officially announced by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
