Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Russia discuss personality of terrorist

The identity of the suicide bomber who committed the terrorist attack in the metro of St. Petersburg has become one of the main topics of the talks between the Russian and Kyrgyz Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Erlan Abdyldaev, the head of the Kyrgyz Foreign Affairs Ministry said, Life reported.

«Of course, this issue was discussed," Erlan Abdyldaev said. — The State National Security Committee confirmed that, according to preliminary data, the suicide bomber was a native of Kyrgyzstan, who obtained Russian citizenship.»

At the same time, the belonging of the alleged suicide bomber to ISIS ​​ is still in question, he added.

«We should wait for the results of the work that our special services are now conducting," the Minister said.
