Bishkek residents bring flowers to Russian Embassy in Bishkek

Flowers are lying at the main entrance of the Russian Embassy in Bishkek. Residents of the capital bring them as a tribute to the memory of the killed in terrorist attack in .

An explosion occurred on Monday around 2.30 pm  time (5.30 pm Bishkek time) on the runway between Sennaya Ploshchad and Technological Institute-2 stations of  metro. Another bomb was found at Ploshchad Vosstaniya station. The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under Article «Terrorist Attack.»

The GKNB of the confirmed that the possible terrorist suspected of the explosion in the metro of  is a native of .

According to official data, 11 people were killed in the metro of the northern capital of . More than 50 people were injured. There are no Kyrgyz citizens among the dead and injured.
