Prosecutor General's Office sends materials on Kanat Isayev to GKNB

The Prosecutor General’s Office sent materials on the deputy of Parliament Kanat Isayev to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). The agency told 24.kg news agency.

According to it, the Prosecutor General’s Office resumed investigation into the criminal case against Kanatbek Isaev instituted on suspicion of committing crimes when he was the mayor of Tokmak town.

The criminal case was opened under Article 303 «Corruption» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on three episodes. In particular, it is about building a market and demolishing the building of town library, which is a historical monument.
