President of Uzbekistan to visit Russia at invitation of Putin on April 4-5

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev will visit Russia at the invitation of the Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 4–5. Official website of the Kremlin reported.

«It is expected that during the high-level talks on April 5, key issues of bilateral relations will be discussed and measures will be planned to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the political, trade-economic, cultural, humanitarian and scientific fields," the message says.

An exchange of views between the leaders of the two countries on current international and regional problems is expected.
