The Pervomaiskiy District Court of Bishkek refused to seize the property of the head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) Abdil Segizbayev in connection with the lawsuit filed against him by Ata Meken party. Lawyers representing interests of Omurbek Tekebayev, Kanatbek Aziz and Taaligul Toktakunova informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, Omurbek Tekebayev demands 60 million soms for the dissemination of unreliable information and slander from Abdil Segizbayev and the head of the Information Policy Department of Presidential Administration Almaz Usenov though court. Last week, lawyers appealed to the court with a motion to sequestrate Segizbayev’s property, but were refused today.
