One of largest mosques opened in Bishkek

Opening of one of the largest mosques in Bishkek named after Mahmud Kashgari took place today in the capital.

Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil Gainutdinov, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Ingushetia, Head of the Presidential Staff Sapar Isakov, deputies of Parliament and high-ranking religious figures of Kyrgyzstan took part in the event.

As the organizers of the ceremony informed, the mosque was built at the expense of Ilshat NGO.

Ravil Gainutdinov, Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia, addressed the audience saying that he had come not to pay a visit, but to see his brothers.
