Active members of organized crime group detained in Bishkek

Two men, who are on criminal records as active members of the organized crime group, were detained in Bishkek, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to its information, at the intersection of Suyumbaev and Toktogul streets, operatives detained the 36-year-old K.U. and took him to the Oktyabrskiy Internal Affairs Directorate. The result of further operational work was the detention of 34-year-old Ch. E.

In the car of the detainees found and seized a Makarov pistol with erased numbers, 10 grams of cannabis, four medical masks and a pair of gloves, as well as two state license plates.

K.U. interrogated by the investigator as a witness and released against receipt. Detained Ch. E. was placed in temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Department of Internal Affairs.

At present, their involvement in crimes is checked.
