Underground passages will be repaired in Bishkek. Press service of Bishkek Mayor’s Office reported.
It is noted that the Capital Construction Department has announced a tender for the overhaul of underground passages at the intersection of Chui and Manas Avenues, and
To improve the state of underground passages, it is planned to replace the floor covering and the wall cladding. In addition, the ceilings will be repaired using modern materials and lighting will be replaced. Old flights of stairs will be dismantled and new ones will be installed. Canopies with metal structures and «triplex» glazing will be installed on all the sides of the passage. Ramps will be also renovated.
