Russia to issue envelopes on establishment of diplomatic relations with KR

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between and on March 20, 1992, more than 200 interstate treaties and agreements have been signed. The countries cooperate within the framework of such associations as the CIS, CSTO, SCO, and since August 12, 2015 has joined the Eurasian Economic Union.
