New instruction for issuing visas in Kyrgyzstan approved

Kyrgyzstan approved a new instruction for issuing and issuing visas, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

In pursuance of the law «On External Migration» dated October 24, 2016, a government decree on approving instructions on the procedure for issuing and issuing visas was adopted.

According to this document, the existing system for issuing permits must be improved, that is, it is planned to introduce an electronic visa.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarifies that visas issued before the entry into force of the above-mentioned resolution are valid until the expiration of the terms indicated in them and can be extended only if there is a permit.

In the absence of it, foreigners or stateless persons will have to leave the territory of the country. It is noted that the new instruction on issuing visas comes into force on April 5.
