Villager attacked by wolf in Kyrgyzstan

Border guards helped a villager, who was attacked by a predator. Press service of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to it, on March 15, a wolf unexpectedly attacked and bit a resident of Terek village, Alay district of Osh region in his own cattle shed.

The man reportedly turned to the border service department Egizek after the attack, where he was provided medical help and taken to a hospital in the village of Nura.

At present, his state of health is satisfactory, the department noted.

On the same day, the frontier detachment found the wolf 60 meters from Egizek. To prevent repeated attacks on local residents and military personnel, the predator was killed.

Employees of the veterinary and phytosanitary services of Alay district have been notified of this case.
