Protesters in Bishkek demand resignation of GKNB head

Protesters in support of Omurbek Tekebayev demand resignation of the head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) Abdil Segizbayev.

Ata Meken deputies Almambet Shykmamatov and Sadyk Sher-Niyaz came to the square. Asiya Sasykbaeva spoke in front of the protesters. She demanded from the President to stop the repressions.

Protesters are chanting «Hands off Tekebayev.»

«Ata Meken party headquarters are open. The protests are held all over the country. We will seek justice as long as it is needed- even five or ten years," Almambet Shykmamatov said.
