The Kyrgyz government is sabotaging the integration with the Eurasian Economic Union. Experts of an international forum made such a conclusion.
Moscow, Astana, Minsk and Yerevan use all the opportunities of EEU. Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia have achieved positive performance in many economic positions for a year. This happened in spite of the global crisis and the sanctions policy of the Western countries with regard to the locomotive of the Eurasian Union — Russia.
Kyrgyzstan is the only country that has received no dividends from EEU so far.

Under the rule of Kurmanbek Bakiyev, Kyrgyz passports were sold mostly to the natives of Xinjiang. They used them to move to Canada. Passports were issued in Suzak district (home area of Bakiyev’s clan.)
The passport business is put on conveyor now. If earlier the Kyrgyz passports were used by Uighur refugees and Kazakh oligarchs (in 2012, the National Security Committee launched an investigation into the issue of a Kyrgyz passport to disgraced banker Mukhtar Ablyazov), today it is freely bought by migrants from neighboring countries and ISIL terrorists.
Air smuggling
The crash of the Turkish cargo plane that fell on Dacha SU village near Manas airport, gave reason to suspect the current authorities of smuggling. Owners of 80 tons of cargo en route from Hong Kong still can be found neither in Turkey, nor in Kyrgyzstan.
Former minister of justice Marat Kaiypov said at an international forum that this was not the first aircraft with smuggled goods. According to him, more than 50 cargo planes with smuggled cargo have landed in Manas airport recently.
In September 2016, during the anniversary summit in Bishkek, Alexander Lukashenko in a private conversation with the presidents said, referring to Almazbek Atambayev: «We know what you’re doing here." Belarusian head of state directly hinted at smuggling, which comes to EEU markets from Kyrgyzstan.

In 2016, Russia offered our government to help with the organization of laboratories issuing certificates, needed for the promotion of Kyrgyz goods on the markets of EEU countries.
Moscow was ready to send the necessary experts for training of Kyrgyz workers for a required period.
But Bishkek was busy with other things, the government has been preparing for the 2nd World Nomad Games.
A deputy of the Parliament Kanybek Imanaliev believes that the Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov and his government deliberately sabotage the process of Kyrgyzstan’s integration with the countries of the Eurasian Union.
He cited the words of the Prime Minister at a session of the Parliament.
