According to the requirements, the contractor shall carry out a comprehensive renovation of the area and install a new irrigation system. All work has to be completed within 30 calendar days of signing the contract.

The majority of the costs are for landscaping—37.2 million soms. An additional 2.8 million soms will cover the irrigation system.

Old curbs, old asphalt sections, and worn paving will be removed from the park, construction debris will be removed, and the base will be prepared for the new pavement. The contractor will then lay new paving stones, install curbs, and benches.

The project includes the construction of a fully automated irrigation system.

The contractor will be selected through an open tender.

The reconstruction of Oak Park previously began with the cutting down of trees. City authorities traditionally explained the removal of the green spaces by stating that the trees were old and diseased.
