In the village of Bosteri, Issyk-Kul region, employees of the State Tax Service detected a large batch of tobacco products without excise stamps.
During a raid carried out jointly with representatives of Uchkun OJSC, 3,751 packs of cigarettes were seized from illegal circulation. The cost of the discovered products is estimated at approximately 450,000 soms.
Based on the fact of the violation, a raid tax control report was drawn up. The collected materials were transferred to law enforcement agencies for action.
The State Tax Service recalled about a fine of 100,000 soms for the sale of up to 200 units of excisable products without excise stamps. If the volume exceeds 200 units, criminal liability occurs, providing for imprisonment for up to seven years.
The Tax Service urges citizens to check the authenticity of excise stamps using Salyk mobile application and report the facts of the sale of illegal products.
