Kalybek Zhumadylov has been appointed the new Executive Director of the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS). The decision was made by members of the agency’s supervisory board.
During the introduction of the new head, Tilek Bayanbek, head of the Sustainable Development Goals and External Assistance Coordination Department of the Presidential Administration, emphasized the importance of continuing the effective implementation of programs and projects aimed at sustainable regional development, strengthening local government bodies, and improving living standards.
From 2021 to 2023, Kalybek Zhumadylov served as head of Issyk-Kul district and as a state inspector in the Department of Organizational Work and Interaction with Regions of the Office for Preparing Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration.
Kalybek Zhumadylov graduated from the Law School of the International University of Kyrgyzstan and subsequently earned a master’s degree. He holds a PhD in Law.
