The national football team of Kyrgyzstan rose in the FIFA rankings after their first match against Palestine.
The friendly match took place on June 6 in Bishkek and ended in a 0-0 draw.
The draw with the 95th-ranked team allowed Robert Prosinecki’s team to gain 0.51 points and move up one place to 107th.
The Kyrgyz team overtook the Armenian team, which also drew with Kazakhstan at home, dropping 0.08 points.
The Palestinian team lost 0.51 points in the rankings for the draw with Kyrgyzstan, but retained its position.
Kyrgyzstan and Palestine will play each other again on June 9.
