Construction of a new school has been completed in the village of Saruu in Dzheti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region, the Ministry of Construction reports.
The project was funded by the republican budget, with a total cost of 226 million soms. According to the design, the school will accommodate 500 students and consist of three blocks.
The building will include modern classrooms, a library, a canteen with a food storage area, a laboratory, an assembly hall, and a fully equipped sports hall. The total area of the facility is 3,220 square meters.
Construction of the school began in July 2024. The educational institution will welcome its first students with the start of the new academic year.
The project aims to develop the region’s social infrastructure and create modern conditions for receiving a high-quality education.
